You certainly have the best Manager there in Michael Bezoff. I am a senior living in a building where he used to work. We are still benefiting from the excellent job he did of setting up such a high standard of maintenance and cleaning. He is a good organizer, he cares about the seniors, and he has a vast knowledge of security. He is one in a million, and our loss is your gain. I wish him the best for health and happiness.
This is an amazing place. My father was only here for Respite care for 7 days but it was amazing care. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and take care of your needs. The staff are great! The residents are great! I would definitely recommend this home. It is in a beautiful setting. You feel like you are in the midst of nature and I would gladly retire here.
An incredible place to live when you can't fully take care of yourself any longer.
There are no words to accurately describe the caring support I [got here]. All the staff ... no matter what their role [helped] and I would like to thank them very much ... What a happy place!
So far [since 2017], we have a had a good experience here. We are very thankful.
[We chose it] because of the beautiful facility, great menu and activities. It wasn't until Mom was there for a couple of weeks that we became aware of how caring and engaged all the staff are. The housekeepers, food staff, front desk clerk [and all others] engage residents with cheerful banter and suggestions for a fun day at the Manor. We could not have made a better choice.
People [here] are happy, staff, greet you by
name and all the time there are many things to do. [I made the right
decision] to come here.
