A superlative midrise showing a company that’s fervently progressive in anticipating the needs of today’s seniors into the coming years. It's the kind of seniors’ building you definitely want to move to. People are effusive about it and run out of adjectives in their reviews.
This is the choice for you if you want to live in a truly unique community. The variety of the housing and the layout of the grounds in a hub helps to create a true "village" feel. For all that, there is a distinct effort put forth by staff to make this place home, answering the unique needs of everyone who comes to live here.
My experience at Trico Livingwell has been wonderful. Brandie and the team provide exceptional service. The team has worked with me to ensure that all my needs have been met for my Dad. I couldn't be happier. I always feel supported and valued. The team’s professionalism and positive attitude make every step of this journey enjoyable. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a dedicated team that truly cares about their clients!
We moved my 90 year old mother in this week and she was quite apprehensive about any kind of move but knew it was necessary for her and her health. We were afraid that it might take a while for her to adjust and have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly she's adjusting! Brandi and all of the staff are so pleasant and have really made her feel at ease. She's made so many new friends already and they're all very pleased with Trico Living Well! It was also a big help that she could bring her dog with her and the property makes it very easy for taking him for walks. We keep saying that senior living is nothing like it used to be. She can go for her meals when she likes and the food is very appealing. We call her new place "All inclusive apartment living"! I now say that, when the time comes, I'll be moving there along with her!
I moved into assisted living at Trico after exploring other options in July. The move went incredibly well with movers recommended by Trico. The new building is great and it represents good value. The dining experience is excellent. 3 meals with choice as to when to eat, what to eat, and where you wish to sit. The Trico team is very knowledgeable, professional, and fosters a caring community. Brandi, the sales manager, was attentive to understanding my needs. Trico Living Well is home.
Brandi's tour was awesome as she answered all my questions. She showed me all the facilities along with my suite. The facility is awesome and she let me experience a lunch meal which was such a culinary delight. Brandi has also worked with my sister and brother-in-law in helping them to get my suite liveable. Even while I've been in the hospital Brandi has answered me and my sister questions. I'm so excited moving into this facility, hopefully in the next few days.
We moved in into this community after researching similar facilities. The common areas are beautiful. Our unit is spacious, modern and beautiful. But most of all we are very impressed with the kindness of the staff. Always willing to help and accommodate all needs. They went beyond expectations when we had a delay in our moving in date. We were touched and are very grateful.
My mother-in-law lived at the Village for five years and absolutely loved it. The care team is extremely friendly and accommodating and did a great job of keeping the residents safe and comfortable through the pandemic. The food is good, the facilities are first class and the entire complex is well-maintained. The lovely gardens provide great opportunity for outdoor exercise and enjoyment and many outings are offered for shopping and sightseeing. All the staff are very friendly, professional and caring. The Village is a great place to live!
My father has been here almost a year. At 100 years young, he finds the accommodations and the entire staff to be wonderful, as does his immediate family. He's mostly independent but with failing eyesight, he needs an escort to go between all the events, and his 3 meals a day which they easily accommodate, like clockwork. Meds given in his room 3x per day by AHS LPNs and PSW's. Meals may be the highlight for him. Maybe not Michelin, but pretty darn good. Highly recommended in 2023. All inclusive studio apartment, with all services, meals, etc less than $4000/mo as of November 2023. Good value imho.
Lake bonavista was my first retirement home to check out. Lbv has an ambiance and a home feeling that you don't find in other retirement places. The relaxed way in which we were shown around amidst the contented looking residents was positive. During my time here, I've found a very friendly staff who go out of their way to assist you. The meals are great along with lots of activities to do. There are many walking areas to explore. In here, it's been a learning experience in the aging process and what you can do to stay active and healthy. A great place to be.
My Dad moved into Lake Bonavista Village in December 2021 after living in his own home since 1964. It was such a huge move and yet, he picked the best place to move to. From our very first meeting, my Dad felt welcome. On our tour of the facility, residents unsolicited asked if he was thinking of moving in. When he said yes, they all shared how much they loved living there and how well they were taken care of. They told him he would not regret moving there and they were right. Everyone, from the front reception to the dining room (and Bistro) as well as the nursing team treated my Dad (and me) as family. They knew our names and knew what my Dad liked to do and made sure he was ok, every single day. Unfortunately, my Dad only lived there for 8 months as he passed away in August 2022. Yet I am grateful for the love and kindness that everyone at Lake Bonavista Village gave him while he was there.
The staff and residents welcomed my mom, making the transition from her home to living there a good and easy experience. The entire family felt welcome to visit anytime and watching the great grandkids play in the pool was a highlight for her. What with the shows, fitness classes, sing alongs and meeting with friends at the bistro her social life blossomed. It was easy to arrange for her grandchildren and even their little ones to join her for meals in the dining room. She enjoyed the choice and quality of food and looked forward to dining with her tablemates and the friendly accommodating staff.
