To help new residents adjust smoothly to life at Garden Villa, we provide supportive resources aimed at fostering connection, comfort, and engagement:
• Personalized Meal Seating: We thoughtfully arrange meal seating to pair new residents with like-minded individuals, encouraging social interaction and meaningful connections during shared dining experiences.
• Activity Coordinator Welcome: Our dedicated Activity Coordinator, Bridget, personally reaches out to new residents through friendly door knocks or phone calls. She extends a warm invitation to the wonderful array of activities and events happening at our residence, ensuring every resident feels welcomed and included from day one.

How are residents supported if their needs change?

If a resident's needs change while living in our community, we ensure they are supported through open communication and personalized care adjustments. The Garden Villa team engages in conversations with the resident and family to assess their evolving needs and implement an additional care plan as required. Additionally, outside support services can be brought in to provide specialized care and enhance the resident’s well-being.

At Garden Villa, we always prioritize the needs of seniors to ensure the best possible fit for their care and well-being. We would advise against choosing our community if we are unable to meet the specific care needs of a prospective senior or if their situation presents a safety concern, such as someone prone to exit-seeking. If we cannot provide the necessary care in a timely and effective manner, it may be best to consider alternative options that better suit their needs.
