Staff were extremely nice and the grounds were gorgeous. The residents and staff seemed so happy. I asked for a quick tour of the home and I will definitely be considering Willoughby for my mother in law!

Would strongly recommend visiting Willoughby if you are considering assisted retirement living for yourself or loved one. My mother lived here a few years ago and the experience for her and our family was outstanding. We are now back, as my mother-in-law is now a resident, and we are so pleased that she is having the same experience.

I toured this facility for my mom. It’s a smaller facility so I feel staff and residences won’t feel overwhelmed or neglected. The maintenance staff does a beautiful job of keeping things up and running and looking nice. Looking out the window is the Chippawa River. So peaceful to just sit on the beautiful grounds and watch the world go by.
The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable with everything you could ask for. If mom wants to stay busy there are activity programs, gardens for walking, patios for socializing, a hair salon to keep her looking beautiful and so much more.

I had the opportunity to visit this lovely community during their recent open house/fundraiser. I will most definitely arrange to book a respite stay for my family member this fall. Team was very kind, lovely clean community and the residents seemed happy.

What a welcoming home. Victoria gave my Mom, sister and I a tour back in September. Mom knew right away this was where she wanted to live. Mom moved in a week ago and has been treated very well by staff and other residents. Everyone is very friendly. Staff are easily accessible to residents and family.

Willoughby Manor is a Family retirement home with wonderful dedicated care staff. We chose Willoughby Manor for my father because my mother-in-law was very well taken care of when she was living there three years ago. My father has been at Willoughby Manor for a little over a year now and the staff have gone above and beyond taking care of my father. They have become family to us especially Marie. The recreation provided and the family meals are great for everyone to enjoy.
Willoughby Manor's atmosphere is living in a home not an institution. My husband and I want to thank all the Willoughby Manor staff for being exceptionally gracious and caring to our parents.

We moved our mother into Willoughby Manor two years ago after thoroughly checking out many other places. Willoughby, with its smaller size and beautiful grounds is a warm, family oriented care home. without the institutional feel of larger care facilities. The dedicated staff who work there are caring, friendly, and gracious in looking after mom's needs and answering any questions we may have on our regular visits. Mom is content and happy and says she is well looked after at Willoughby. After a day out, she is always eager to get back to the place she now calls her home.

My Mother has been in this residence for 11 years. I feel totally confident with the care my mother receives. The staff is absolutely wonderful to her and as she is aging, they help her with all her needs... The new director, Heather, is very friendly and easy to talk to. She has a genuine care and concern for the residence. A big shout out to the Staff at Willoughby Manor.

My first telephone call to Willoughby Manor put me at ease. I was greeted by the friendly and helpful receptionist Karen who directed me to Trish to answer all my questions. I was inquiring about a respite stay for a family member. Trish was welcoming, giving me all the information I needed, inviting me to take a tour of the retirement residence. From the outside, Willoughby Manor is grand and impressive in a beautiful setting, once inside, it is like you are visiting family. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well furnished. Trish proudly pointed out the amenities introducing staff members throughout the tour, and invited us to join the residents for lunch.
I am impressed with the professional yet approachable manner of Trish and her team and feel my family member will be in good hands for their respite stay at Willoughby Manor. I recommend everyone looking for temporary or full time retirement living to call Willoughby Manor speak with Trish and take the tour.

My Mom was living here until just recently. The care she has received has been exceptional! Since the new crew has taken over it’s been a breath of fresh air. I would like to thank all the staff for taking such good care of her. It’s worth the money.
