A library, a bistro, the Vineyard dining, and a chapel round out services you’d expect “downtown.” A unique sense of familiarity and comfort comes out of this, even for those who grew up in a city. River Ridge gives Medicine Hat and area caregiving families a premium destination for their loved ones. You'll find a complete continuum of care in a beautiful, warm, caring environment. This is a wonderful place for everyone, especially couples where one spouse requires extended care. Caregiving spouses who move here love that they can be under the same roof as their partner, see them several times daily, and at the same time, have their life back.
There’s so much more to praise about this location, beginning with the quality of the location. The community overlooks the South Saskatchewan River, and you’re mere minutes off the highway, making it very convenient for family to visit from out of town. On the exterior of the building, sculpted, tree-lined walking paths make for pleasant, familiar places to stroll.
