My mother was transferred to Elden from South Lake after a fall. The staff here have been amazing and I feel that my mother is in good hands. The facility itself is clean and modern and the residences all have big windows and tons of sunlight.

The Elden is a wonderful, neat, clean, helpful, and refreshing place to live. The nursing staff is amazingly kind gentle and respectfully caring of the residents. They treat them with respect and dignity. The staff shows warmth and loving care to everyone.
The management has assembled a super staff to serve and care for our loved ones at the Elden. The property and buildings are very very neat and clean. There is a good schedule of activities for the residence to take part in and the meals are great. All employees everywhere at the Elden are cheerful and helpful.

I can't thank ALL the staff at the Elden enough, to be honest. Everyone is kind and compassionate. My mom has been a resident at the Elden since the beginning of Covid and everyone has gone above and beyond to make her feel welcome and included. I know that she is well looked after and my mind is totally at ease.

As always, anytime I participate in an event it is fantastic. Of course, the ice cream was yummy/delicious. The music was wonderful, the girls were perfect with their choices of music to sing along with or dance to.

My mother loves it here! She calls me a few time a week to let me know what she's been up to and all the new friends she's making. It's the happiest we have seen her in years. Thank you to all the staff for making my mother feel comfortable in her new home.

My mother has been a resident at The Elden for 3 months now and she is very happy. We were referred to this place by our neighbour. It was a big decision for her to give up her home. My sisters and I know she's in the best place she can be. The staff are very helpful and kind to her.

One thing really impressed me [when I toured] is that there's so much light in here. There's a lot of windows here. In the dining room [there are] two walls that are completely all windows. That really hit home. I felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The staff here are absolutely fantastic. Everybody's [addressed] by their first name. It makes you quite comfortable. My total feeling is that I feel safe and cared for here. [August 2021]

My mother is a resident [here]. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the staff at the Elden has done everything possible to continue to allow me to see her, and more importantly to keep her safe. They have tirelessly worked to maintain a pleasurable environment while complying with difficult guidelines. In addition, they were able to help special family caregivers to receive the same vaccines as the healthcare workers which allowed us to stay in much needed contact with our loved ones. I always recommend the Elden to people looking for a retirement home because we've had such an amazing experience there.
