My partner, Foster, was absolutely thrilled to have secured a furnished respite room at Trinity Lodge for nine days/nights, enjoying three exquisite meals a day, a variety of amenities, active engagement and enrichment programs, plus a most friendly, competent, and caring team. He was pleased with, and grateful for, every aspect of his experience there. We are both happy to recommend Trinity Lodge as your choice for elegant respite or inspired retirement living.

We have a top chef here and he's been here a long time! We also have terrific staff here. There's lots of things to do here. They have classes going on—baking classes, sewing classes, all the classes you can find. We have a huge room for exercise. They have drumming classes there and we have lots of fun. Lots of laughter! If you have a problem, they come in, and they keep up. I have no complaints at all!

My godmother Nina lived at Trinity for almost 11 years, until her declining health sadly necessitated her moving to a long term care facility. She loved living at Trinity and was very happy there; I think these were some of the happiest years of her life The staff is extraordinary and seem to know every resident right down to their stories. The level of care is very high and very personal. It is a happy place, busting with lovely activities and with a warm, caring and friendly atmosphere. We miss the delicious meals and her interesting friends, and we try to visit as often as possible. Each time we do, Nina is made to feel welcome and loved by staff and residents alike. We can't speak highly enough of Trinity. It is a very special place.

I just want to send a message to all the staff at Trinity Lodge. My mom lived there for six wonderful years. She was really well treated from the Front Desk, Nurses, Kitchen and Housekeeping Staff. She passed away last June 12 of this year. I will surely miss this place.

A very welcoming environment and staff (especially Edlyn and Paolo) greeted my family as we looked for the perfect retirement community for our parents. Immediately, we were struck by the genuiness, warmth and willingness to work together to ensure a smooth transition. We also were assured that our parents would be well cared for, safe, engaged and happy. Both of our parents have now moved in and are happily adjusting to their new lifestyles. We are relieved to see the wonderful attention and care they are receiving. I need to make an appointment with my parents now just to see them as they are so busy with new friends and activities! Also, the food is delicious!!

I've really enjoyed meeting and dealing with the staff at Trinity Lodge. Everybody has been over the top so kind and very accommodating. My Mum moved here from Ontario, which was a big move for Mum, and Trinity has made this transition seamless for us. I feel very comfortable with Mum living at Trinity. If something were to happen to me, I feel that Trinity would take good care of Mum.
Also, I really like the idea of having the option of ordering an "Alternative Meal". I don't eat gluten or a lot of carbs so when I join Mum for lunch or dinner sometimes, I am able to customize my meal. No other retirement facility that I researched prior to Mum and I deciding on Trinity, gives their residents or their resident's guests an "Alternative" choice. I also find the food is excellent. Chef Allen and his team do a great job! Also, Dennis, in the dining room, is so friendly, organized and efficient at getting people seated and served.
Edlyn was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and knowledgeable with Mum's move to Calgary and all of Mum's needs. Thank you for all that you did for us Edlyn, it is very much appreciated. I can't [fully describe] how happy Mum and I are with Trinity. Not to mention, the building is in a very centrally located area.

Where to start? It’s all good!
The Trinity Team has been incredibly helpful in enabling us to relocate an elderly relative from BC to Calgary. Our timeframe to accomplish the relocation was very tight and they helped us arrange a placement and eased the move for our brother.
The ongoing efforts to ensure a good transition from independent living to a community assisted living arrangement have been above and beyond. The team is very communicative and has kept us abreast of the settling in process. We highly recommend Trinity Lodge and their team!

Recently, we moved my grandfather into Trinity Lodge. I have been so impressed by the staff and community at this facility. It was a quick turn-around time for us to move my grandfather (under two weeks) and Trinity made what was always going to be a stressful process as easy as possible.
Trinity Lodge staff have done a wonderful job at getting to know my grandfather, and including him and our family in decision planning. They are eager to ensure a smooth transition for residents and work to get them integrated into the community they have built. The staff are always quick to answer questions and provide support where needed. They are knowledgeable and very helpful, everyone from front-line staff to management.
I cannot recommend Trinity Lodge highly enough; I will continue to refer friends and family to this facility.

Moving my mom into TL was the best decision we could have made. It is a beautiful, peaceful place to call home. Not only have they welcomed my mom into the family but me as well. It does feel like family. The food? Delicious and enough cannot be said about the soup at lunch. Divine!
I could rave about every member of the staff we have had contact with but as the list is lengthy I will just say that for each interaction we have always been treated with respect, kindness and every effort made to help if help is needed.
There are so many different ways for the residents to get involved and meet other residents with a fun variety of activities/outings/socials/entertainment that try to resonate with different personalities and interests. TL really are committed to the comfort and happiness of their residents and families and do everything they can to maintain the high quality of care they obviously value.

We moved a senior we take care of into the Lodge and the staff and facility are top notch... another senior moved in across the hall and the staff at Trinity that has helped her settle in. Our family recommends Trinity Lodge 1000%. Special shout out to the staff who also address the residents by name. Thank you to you all at Trinity for all that you do. These seniors are truly very lucky!

I moved my mother into Trinity in July, and thus far have been very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. It's actually quite beautiful and the food is exceptional for this type of facility. Would move in there myself!

My father, Jack, lived at Trinity Lodge for five years. It was such a positive experience, both for him and our family. Initially, when he was well, he was able to maintain his independent lifestyle and return home to Trinity to have delicious meals in the elegant dining room. As his health declined, we were able to bring in home care services for him, who were kind, compassionate and professional. All the staff at Trinity Lodge were so warm and friendly and the nursing staff went above and beyond to make my father feel safe and cared for. They were also excellent at communicating and keeping me updated. Trinity Lodge was truly my father's home for 5 years and that says it all.

My mother has lived at Trinity Lodge for almost 9 years. She has only good things to say about the staff, the food, the building and the atmosphere. I have appreciated everything about Trinity, but especially the quality of staff, from the beginning. As I write this today, with covid-19 a huge concern in Canada, my appreciation for the staff has deepened. The management have created an environment that has resulted in very high retention of caring skilled staff. I am even more thankful that I know the staff who are with my Mom each day now that I cannot be there.

Top tier retirement residence. My grandma lived here for just over a year or so, and it was a very positive and comfortable experience. Her room was a nice size and had lots of natural light. The outdoor spaces were perfect for a little stroll in the summer. Lots of activities available.
The staff were always super helpful and kind. The food is actually amazing - every meal is made really well with lots of options. Our family even visited on a couple of occasions when they offer family Sunday brunch buffets, and the meals were delicious.

Staff quickly learned my parents' preferences, and they are all very friendly. This is a very inviting building. Rates [are very reasonable] given the activities available. Excellent to have pharmacy onsite.

A wonderful place for people in their retirement years. My dad spent only a short time there and it would have been a great place for him if his battle with dementia didn't go so quickly. He loved the atmosphere, the dining opportunities and the friendliness of staff members. Should I know others that need care for their elderly loved ones, I will definitely recommend Trinity Lodge.
