Infection Control and COVID-19 protocols are in place that meet or exceed current government requirements. Monitoring, screening, physical distancing, masking, hand hygiene, training, and safe engagement opportunities are considered in all aspects of service. Including the COVID-safe tour, dedicated move-in space and time, daily living activities, and more, all aspects are planned with your safety in mind. Further features:

• • Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place for all common areas and touchpoints

• • Scheduled use of amenities such as laundry, gym, and salon ensures continued opportunities for safe engagement

• • Daily monitoring of residents, team members, and visitors will permit us to identify, respond to, and limit transmission should a symptom be detected

• • Additional hand sanitizing stations have been installed for hand hygiene

• • No-contact flush toilets in all public and team member washrooms

• • On-site immunization clinics to provide seasonal and special vaccinations

• • Individual suite air circulation limits the transmission of air sharing for protection against viruses known to be airborne
